Keep bringing the wire around the loop, turning the bead as necessary (Figure 5). Figure 6 shows the completed top swirl.

Still holding the loop in the pliers, use an even, strong pull to bring the wire down and around the bead (Figure 7).

Remember to swirl! We’re holding the bead with pliers so you can clearly see what’s happening, but holding the bead with your fingers will give you better control.
Loop the wire around the head pin end (Figure 8).
